- We are confident in the quality of our merchandise, but if you are unhappy please let us know. Email us with your sales order number and reason for return. Returns are accepted if item is unused and in its original packaging.
- All returns and/or exchanges require prior approval by Frankly Scarlett.
- Actual Shipping is NON-refundable and will be deducted from all returned amounts.
- No returns on used or washed items, sale merchandise, and personal care products such as soaps, creams and nursing pads.
- No returns on underwear due to Health Canada regulations.
- Please note: frankly scarlett and the product manufacturer are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care or normal wear and tear of the product materials. Fading and wear of the materials used to construct the product is normal.
- We reserve the right to make changes to, or update our policies at any time, If you have any questions about a return, exchange or store policy please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
